🦷 New Intraoral Scanner Integration: Shining 3D

We’re excited to announce that Seazona now integrates with Shining 3D! This new integration gives dental labs another option for receiving digital impressions and managing incoming scans directly through Seazona. With more scanner integrations available, connecting your digital workflow to your lab management system is easier than ever.

💳 New Merchant Integration: Authorize.net

Seazona now supports Authorize.net as an additional merchant integration! This gives dental labs another payment processing option, making it easier to manage client payments and streamline billing through Seazona.

Please submit a technical request if you wish to upgrade.

🚚 New Shipping Integrations: Easyship & Chit Chats

Shipping just got easier! Seazona now integrates with Easyship and Chit Chats, giving your lab even more options for managing shipments. These new integrations provide additional flexibility when choosing shipping providers and help simplify your shipping workflow.

📦 Automatically Create Pickups from Client Orders

Managing pickups just got more convenient! You can now configure Seazona to automatically create a pickup request when a client places a new order through the Client Portal.

This helps reduce manual work, keeps pickup requests organized, and makes it easier for your team to coordinate incoming cases. You can enable this under Settings > Advanced Settings > Config settings > Check the box “Automatically Schedule Pickups” > and then press Save.

🖨️ Lab Slip Print Settings

We’ve made improvements to the print settings for invoices and lab slips! You now have the option to show or hide QR codes on your lab slips, giving your lab more control over how documents are printed.

These updates provide greater flexibility to customize your printing preferences and help keep your lab slips organized.

📱 Improved Barcode Scanning

We’ve updated our barcode scanning functionality to help make managing and tracking cases even easier! These improvements are designed to provide a smoother scanning experience and help your team work more efficiently throughout the production process.

🔎 Advanced Search: Find Modified Cases

Looking for cases that have recently been updated? We’ve added a new Modified Cases search option under Advanced Search!

This makes it easier to locate orders that have been changed or updated, helping your team stay informed and keep track of important case activity.
