Updates to the File Feature

Managing files just got easier!

You can now download files from multiple cases at once. On the Orders page, a new Files button appears at the top—simply select the cases you want and click Files. Since there’s a 300-file limit, we recommend downloading one page at a time.

You also have more control over file visibility. When viewing a case and navigating to the Files tab, you’ll see checkboxes next to each file. A checked box means the file is visible to your client or vendor; an unchecked box keeps it hidden.

We’ve also introduced a new Extract Rx option next to scanned ZIP files in the Files tab. This allows you to easily generate and attach an Rx slip as a PDF directly to the case.

These updates are designed to make file management more intuitive and efficient. We’d love to hear your feedback or suggestions for future improvements.
