Find Us at Lab Day West

Seazona will be attending Lab Day West in California on May 15 and 16, 2026. The team can be found at Booth H3 in the Grand Exhibit Hall.

Visitors are invited to stop by to connect with the team, pick up some goodies, explore new features, and ask any questions about the platform. This will also be an opportunity to see what is coming next for Seazona and how it can support lab workflows moving forward.

New IOS Integration

DS Core integration is now available, expanding the IOS connectivity options within Seazona. This addition continues to support smoother digital workflows and improved data exchange across systems.

New and Updated Reporting Features

Several new reporting tools have been added across the platform to improve visibility and help labs better understand performance and trends.

A new set of dashboard reports are now available under Operations and Insights on the home page. Within Operations, new reporting includes product counts and turnaround trends. Graph headers can be selected to view more detailed breakdowns directly within the charts.

The Insights tab is also newly introduced and provides a broader overview of lab activity. This includes order data, client performance, turnaround times, order trends, and order volume analysis, offering a clearer picture of overall operations.

An updated Account Summary page is now available under Billing and Account Summary. This update provides improved visibility into client billing activity and monthly account data.

A new Case Submission report has also been added under Operations. This report provides a more detailed breakdown of submitted case information.

Under Clients, the Activity section now provides deeper insight into client engagement, making it easier to identify active and inactive clients along with their overall participation.

A new Client Health report is now available under Reports, then Clients, then Client Health. This report summarizes client performance over the past 30 days and compares it to the previous 30 day period. It highlights changes in order volume and turnaround times to help identify trends. The report can be exported to Excel or printed using Ctrl P for easy sharing and review.

Continuing to Improve Seazona

These updates are designed to improve visibility, streamline workflows, and support better decision making across labs. Ongoing improvements remain a priority, and feedback continues to play an important role in shaping future development.
