 Client Portal FAQs

  • To regain access, consider resetting your password by choosing the "Forgot My Password" option on the login page. Afterward, check your email for a reset your password link. Ensure that you are using the correct login link and haven't inadvertently logged in to the wrong portal.

    If your client still has trouble logging into the portal you can manually reset their password on the lab site. Navigate to Clients > Logins > Edit > Change Password. Then we recommend sending them a manual email that includes the Client Portal URL, the email address, and their password.

  • Yes, if you would like your clients to view your pricing before placing an order, navigate to the lab site and go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Config Settings > Show Prices.

  • We do have the option to integrate with merchant accounts for your clients to be able to submit online payments. Navigate to the Online Payments tutorial to learn more.

  • On the lab site you need to first make your statement visible under Billing > Statements > Visible at the top. View our Statement tutorial to learn more.

  • There are several possible reasons, such as exceeding the limit of 20 files or the file size being too large. We typically accept most file types, but the maximum file size limit is 100 MB. If you encounter this issue, you can submit a Technical Request to learn more about increasing your file size limit.
