Customize Statements

Navigate to Print Settings to add a custom footer message to your statements and configure the statement layout. Seazona offers several layout options, including the Default format, a version that groups invoices by doctor, a format that lists products, and layouts that provide more detailed product information. We recommend reviewing each option to determine which format best fits your lab's billing needs.

Making Payments for Monthly Statements

You can track your clients' current balances by navigating to Reports > Accounting > Account Balance. This report reflects payments made during the current month and provides the most up-to-date account information. Please note that payments received after a statement has been generated will appear on the Account Balance report rather than on the original statement.

Merchant Integration Reminder

If your lab is integrated with a merchant processor, Seazona recommends waiting until the 1st day of the following month to generate statements. This ensures that all payments are properly recorded before statements are finalized. If statements are generated early and a payment is received afterward, the payment will still process successfully but may not be automatically recorded on the statement. In these cases, the payment will need to be entered manually.
