Send Files to Clients to Request Approval!
You can now send an approval request to your client via email, the Client Portal, or a direct URL link. This option can be found under the Messages tab when editing an order.
Once you click Request Approval, you can attach a file for your client to review. They will have the option to either approve the case or request changes. When they open the message in the Client Portal in the Messages tab or click the URL link, they will be taken directly to the approval page. Client Portal Access is not required.
If you attach a file such as an STL or PLY, your client can view the 3D model from virtually any device. If the case is approved, you can capture and record their signature, providing a clear approval history that can be referenced at any time.
